The bending of titanium and other non-ferrous metals
Titanium is an example of other material that is being used in lightweight constructions, sanitary facilities as well as in medical technology and energy facilities.
Bending non-ferrous metals can only be done under special conditions.
For titanium and all other non-ferrous metals: Please ask us directly. Regularly there is a possibility to make a test, to find out the bending properties of the material. Some titanium alloys are well bendable in mandrel bending, other are to stiff and will break. Sometimes the material data sheet provides sufficient information.
